ROBOTIC DE-PALLETISING
Loading Plastic Boxes To Production Line
This robotic de-palletising cell comprises of an ABB Robot which uses a Multi-Gripper system to pick 12 boxes from a pallet before placing them in the correct orientation on to an input conveyor.
A multi-vacuum gripper is used by this robot to collect an array of 12 plastic boxes from a pallet. The robot then re-orientates the gripper to allow the boxes to be placed in the correct orientation on an input conveyor line.
This is just one of a number of different palletising and de-palletising systems designed and manufactured by Premier Automation.
