Machine Tending

Machine Tending is a growing application area for industrial robots. The ability of the robot to not only perform the load and unload operations, but also to perform secondary operations on the machined parts, delivers an efficient manufacturing solution with the potential for "Lights Out" operation.

Palletising

Robotic palletising is adaptable to a wide variety of products and situations. Premier Automation have designed special grippers for many different products, and we have built systems for single and multiple lines, often integrated with other equipment such as stretch wrappers to form a fully integrated solution
